Case Study: Designing A Logo Fast
When the client approached me with a need to have a logo and a business card designed in less than 24 hours, my initial thought was that I'd like more time. Typically, logos are something that I want to spend a good amount of time on, do due dilligence on, research and hash out ideas thoroughly, but sometimes that's not necessary. That was the case for this particular client.
They needed a logo fast, they weren't going to get hung up on particulars, and they had a realistic idea of what to expect in something put together so quickly. MK Design met their expectations with a satisfactory design delivered within the timeframe that they demanded and exceeded their expectations with quality and customer service.
Conclusion
Logos should be designed thoughtfully and carefully, but that's not to say they can't be designed quickly. logo design seekers need to have a realistic outlook on what can be done and understand that by rushing any job, they risk missing better solutions. That said, in today's design environment, especially with the web, full of inspiration and assets to draw from, along with current digital design technology and the proper designer to utilize those resources, a solid logo can successfully be turned around in a short amount of time.
